Parklife is a 30 cm round painting finished with a clear resin top coat. A silhouetted city skyline in the distance, reminiscent of Wellington, sits beneath a sky of swirling apricot, orange and white. In the foreground, a skateboarder is captured mid-jump, adding a sense of movement and energy to the scene. Layers of green and bronze flow through the lower half of the painting, while the resin finish enhances the colour and depth of the surface.

ORIGINAL PAINTING in acrylic and resin on supported birch ply or sustainable composite wood substrate. All originals come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Edges are painted and finished with a resin topcoat and the artist signature appears on the edge rather than the front of the painting. Roundels are named and signed, and come fitted with hanging hardware ready to display in your chosen interior space (including ventilated bathrooms).

This can be particularly challenging with highly reflective resin finishes, as well as certain colours such as blues, which can be difficult to reproduce accurately in photographs. As with all artwork viewed online, photographs cannot fully capture the depth, texture, luminosity and subtle metallic effects of the original painting, which are best appreciated in person.
