Free Shipping

New Zealand

All artworks — including original paintings, cotton rag prints, and canvas prints — ship free within New Zealand.

International Shipping

  • Original Paintings & Canvas Prints: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
  • Cotton Rag Prints: International shipping is calculated at checkout; orders over $200 qualify for free worldwide shipping.
  • Global Print Range (currently ten prints): These artworks are produced and shipped through trusted international fulfilment partners, allowing free worldwide shipping.

Each product page clearly shows whether it includes Free NZ Shipping, Free Worldwide Shipping, or calculated international shipping.

As I gradually expand the Global Print Range, more artworks will transition to global fulfilment, making worldwide free shipping available across my catalogue.

Production Time

All artworks are made to order. Please allow the following production times before dispatch:

  • Original Paintings: Held in stock - 3 business days (up to 10 days max for NZ, 20 days max international)
  • Cotton Rag Prints: 5 business days (may take longer depending on print supplier workload)
  • Canvas Prints: 10 business days (may take longer depending on print supplier workload)
  • Global Print Range: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes vary by region and product type:

New Zealand (all products)

  • Prints: 3–7 business days
  • Framed prints: 5–10 business days
  • Canvas prints: 5–10 business days
  • Original paintings: 3–10 business days

Global Print Range (free worldwide shipping)

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery where possible. You will receive a tracking link by email once your artwork has been dispatched.

Packaging

  • Prints (Cotton Rag & Global Print Range): Rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in a tube
  • Canvas Prints & Framed Prints: Carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days, and I will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Taxes & Customs Duties

Where possible, orders from the Global Print Range are produced and shipped locally, which often avoids customs fees.
For all other international orders, any taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Size & Shipping Restrictions (Original Paintings)

  • Original roundels can be shipped up to 90cm diameter within New Zealand, and up to 80cm diameter internationally.
  • If you wish to purchase an artwork that does not currently offer shipping to your location, please contact me via the Contact Page.

Collection & Alternative Delivery

Transition to Global Fulfilment

I am gradually moving my catalogue to a global fulfilment model to offer free worldwide shipping on more artworks. During this transition, some products are NZ-only or have NZ-only free shipping.
