Refund policy

All artworks are custom made so unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if you change your mind.

If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Photographs of damage should be sent to  toni.kingstone.artist@gmail.com. Goods must be returned securely wrapped and packaged in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a replacement or full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. PayPal refund etc.) and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost.
